Courtney & Danny | Wedding at Le Musee de F.P.C, New Orleans

I have been looking forward to this wedding all year! I’m so, SO happy for my friend Courtney, who (from my vantage point) has achieved everything she’s ever set her heart to: she finished her PhD at Vanderbilt (we met in graduate school when I was still in the same program with her - I left, she persisted!), got a job as a professor at UCLA (!!), and met Danny, a truly wonderful man who she now calls her husband. She even found time to start a side business making felt creations - and yes, ALL of the felt decor you see in these photos are her doing! I was in awe and took almost as many photos of her creations as I did of people.

Their wedding was held at Le Musee de F.P.C. in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was a gorgeous venue full of rich historical artifacts, photographs, and information - I highly recommend a stop if you are heading to New Orleans to visit. Many MANY thanks to Courtney and Danny for asking me to be a part of their day - and congratulations again!!
